Lymphatic drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a massage with soft, specific sequenced and paced grips, which contributes to the transportation of lypmhatic fluid through the lymphatic vessels and veins, to the lymph nodes, the "filter-station".

It is mostly used to reduce edema, inflammation, pain and to support scar healing (ex. after surgery). Its' use to support the metabolism, excrete the waste products of the organism and optimise the immune system, is equally important.

Lymphatic drainage can be combined with kinesiotaping, depending on the case.
